The past year has seen a huge rise in solar power projects for our industry, and Roller Die is leading the way. We are now actively promoting our solar capabilities on this website — click here.

Roll forming is the ideal method for producing solar panel mounting systems. Our solar panel mounts maintain solar panel positioning, at the perfect angle for receiving the sun’s rays. Plus, roll formed solar panel mounting systems are durable and strong enough for any application.

We are actively involved in new solar racking projects throughout North America. If you represent a local business or national corporation, consider mounting solar panels for an inexpensive, easy power source. Roller Die has already found success with eco-conscious structures such as “solar carports” and roof bracket systems.

Read how Roller Die can bring your solar panel mounting project to life today!

Drivers in Kentucky, Indiana and the rest of the country are now safer! And it’s thanks to Roller Die, which produces powerful cable barriers for our interstate medians.

Louisville’s Fox41 news recently aired a segment on Roller Die’s cable barriers, strategically made to stop deadly crossover accidents. Using Kentucky structural grade steel, we manufacture cable barrier solutions for highways throughout North America. And business is growing. According to Rocky Nelson (our Director of Sales), we hope to produce 250,000 cable barrier posts this year. Trust us to bring highway safety to your state.

“Of course a lot of state budgets are tight right now, but the public seems to be demanding for these cable barriers because they do save lives,” says Nelson.

Click here to write your Governor to demand better highway safety. Suggest Roller Die’s cable barrier solution!

This past weekend I was driving to Nashville and saw a horrible crash that had two cars and an 18 wheel tied up in the cable barriers. The system stop an 18 wheel truck from coming across the median and causing more problems, and probably saved lives of the people in the oncoming traffic.

I was sad for it appeared as if someone had lost their life in this horrible accident. I am only assuming this, from the somber faces of the rescue people, and the 20 plus miles of stopped traffic on the other side of the road. Then it hit me, that RDF made the post that were installed, and that we probably saved lives for the 18 wheeler did not cross the road, and hit head on with oncoming traffic.
