We are committed to helping our customers succeed through every step of the project, from initial sales to final quality control.

Customer Service
The Roller Die + Forming sales team takes pride in their fast response to queries. They know that your roll formed parts can be critical to the overall success of your product and will make sure you’re involved in every step of the set-up process. When you bring a design to our team, they will help you go through our tooling library to find any tools we already have to cut your tooling costs. Then, our engineers will work with your team to help design a roll formed, pressed, and stamped part that will be right every time. Once the part is ordered, our sales team keeps in touch, making sure you know when your tooling is being made and when it is installed on the floor – often by sharing pictures so you can see your project become a reality.

Once your part is rolling, our quality control team takes over, working with engineering and keeping an eye on the tolerances to make sure every part that’s shipped fits as expected.
