Justin Thompson is the Plant Manager at Roller Die + Forming, where he will be managing daily operations of the Rossville, Georgia facility and ensuring its ongoing success. \u00a0\u00a0Justin brings thirteen years of manufacturing experience and a dedication to continuous improvement to the team. Prior to joining Roller Die, Justin was a Senior Operational Excellence Change Agent for Trane in Columbia, South Carolina, where he improved operational processes for multiple value streams while keeping safety priority.\u00a0 Prior to that role, Justin was responsible for daily operations as the Production Manager for Trane in Macon, Georgia.\u00a0 An advocate for innovative and collaborative solutions, Justin has led multiple strategic improvement events across all functions.<\/p>\n
Justin is excited to implement Operational Excellence standards at Roller Die + Forming for strategic improvements and is looking forward to leading the team and taking the facility to the next level.<\/p>\n
