Roller Die + Forming Acquires Pyramid Mouldings

On March 14, 2014, Roller Die + Forming acquired Pyramid Mouldings of Green Cove Springs, Florida.

The acquisition brings together two powerful leaders in roll forming. The entire group will benefit from this strategic partnership, combining Roller Die + Forming’s heavy gauge capabilities and Pyramid Mouldings’ specialty manufacturing of complex parts.

This acquisition also expands the group’s range of services and global presence, now operating from 3 additional plants in the United States and Mexico. Below, find a map of the Roller Die North American facility locations:
