Fabrication

Custom metal fabrication services are available alongside our metal roll forming options. At Roller Die + Forming, we made our name in roll forming, but we also offer fabrication services, including custom stainless steel fabrication. When offering both services, we are able to offer our customers an efficient, cost-effective way to approach fabrication services, by performing these services in the same environment where the rolling takes place. Some parts require both roll forming and fabrication, in which case doing those processes together or as part of an assembly line helps keep the piece price low.

Once your parts are formed, we can quickly and easily perform the processes needed to add them to a larger fabrication. These fabrication processes can include welding, riveting, co-extrusion of plastic, and the addition of extruded aluminum, plastic, or formed steel reinforcements. We also perform automatic cuts to length, sawing, piercing, and assembly. As always with our custom metal parts, all of these operations can be done in a variety of shapes and sizes.
