Standard Roll Formed Channels
Roll formed custom metal channels are probably our most requested product. As a result, Roller Die has one of the most extensive catalogs of standard channel shapes in the United States. We can produce all types of channels, such as the box channel, C channel (Cee channel), J channel, U channel (including hat channel), and Z channel (Zee channel). Channels can be shaped from all available metals including steel and aluminum. It should be noted that we often work with heavy gauge material as well as delicate parts.
Roller Die customers find that roll formed steel channels perform especially well in many applications.

Roll Forming Materials
Almost any material that can tolerate bending to a desired radius can be roll formed. The more ductile the material is, the better it will roll form. The roll forming process can handle ferrous, nonferrous, hot rolled, cold rolled, polished, plated, or pre-painted metals producing excellent results.
