Roller Die and Forming has been in business for over 85 years delivering high quality roll formed parts to our customers. We have 5 manufacturing plants located in Louisville and Frankfurt, Kentucky, Rossville, Georgia, Green Cove Springs, Florida, and Queretaro, Mexico.  We have the capability, knowledge and tools to satisfy projects both large and small.

In the roll forming process, sheet metal passes through a specific set of matched rolls. Each set of rolls will touch the passing metals and changes the shape resulting in your companies desired cross section. The process results in very consistent parts making roll forming the most dependable way in which to produce a high volume of metal components.

Roller Die’s facility is unique to the industry in that we are one of the few companies in the industry to have an in-house tooling department and support. The benefit to an in-house tooling department is that your project can get back on track quickly with minimal down time, should a piece of tooling break. We also offer a unique and extensive tool library with over 2,400 shapes and sizes. Our team is able to offer a wide variety of finishes from buffing, polishing, powder coating and also offers assembly.

Our offerings include, but are not limited to; roll forming, solar panel mounts, metal stamping, press brake, power coating, welding, bending, extrusion, fabrication, assembling and various finishing. Our processes include bending, aluminum extrusion fabrication, aluminum tempering, assembly, roll forming, stamping, welding and polishing!
