Rapidly growing custom metal forming company Roller Die recently purchased the assets of Redall Industries, a roll forming facility located in Yale, Michigan.
12/30/24 ย – Roller Die + Forming recently completed an asset purchase from Redall Industries, located in Yale, Michigan. This existing roll form facility has a number of advanced manufacturing technologies and will be an excellent addition to the company, allowing Roller Die to continue improving our offerings for new and existing customers. The Michigan location is the seventh location for Roller Die + Forming and brings with it several new roll lines, the ability to serve new geographic areas, and some exciting new robotics and quality control technologies along with welded tubing capabilities.
The new Michigan location is equipped with 15 roll lines (5 of which are used for induction welding), stamping, bending, and laser cutting capabilities. Theyโve also invested in advanced manufacturing capabilities that the Roller Die team is excited to test, including robotics used to handle heavy loads and repetitive movements and laser-guided quality control to add an additional layer of accuracy and quality to existing company processes. The sales team at Roller Die has already expressed enthusiasm about the Michigan location and the advantages these new technologies, as well as the new location, can provide to customers.
The Michigan team reports they are excited after meeting with Roller Die CEO Ray Hammons and the rest of the Roller Die team. Roller Die is a large and established player in the custom metal roll forming space, so the purchase offers both improved benefits and increased opportunities to the Michigan team.
โThe purchase of the Michigan facility assets not only gives us better access to new markets but brings in some exciting new technologies,โ shared Hammons. โAs we bring the capabilities and skills of the Michigan location into our company, we will be able to provide their customers with our world class sales, engineering, and customer service support. Existing Redall customers will now have access to our standard tooling library. I am excited about Roller Dieโs continued growth and continued industry leadership.โ
