Our outstanding engineering team helps customers meet their roll forming, punching, and welding needs in the solar, transportation, appliance, material handling, automotive industries, and many other industries.

As we grow our customer base, Roller Die, in partnership with HRH Capital, is looking to acquire additional businesses and facilities to bring into the Roller Die family. Our acquisitions team is interested not only in roll forming business, but also tooling, tubing, stamping, and other metal working businesses that meet the following criteria:

  • Cash Flow Positive
  • EBIDTA between $1 and $6 million
  • Location(s) in the U.S. Southeast, South, and Midwest
