FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Rapidly growing custom metal forming company Roller Die recently acquired Roller Die and Forming of Alabama with a facility located in Eufaula, Alabama.

At the close of 2022, Roller Die + Forming completed an acquisition of Roller Die and Forming of Alabama, located in Eufaula, Alabama. As an existing roll form facility with a solid team, Roller Die management believes they will be an excellent addition to the company. Not only does the Alabama plant become the sixth location for Roller Die + Forming, they add several new roll lines to existing operations.

The new Alabama location is equipped to punch and roll or just toll roll and roll both light and heavy gauges. As Alabama is right in the heart of many different manufacturing industries, the location has a logistical advantage to supply a range of new and existing customers and capacity to add more projects in the near future. The sales team at Roller Die has already expressed enthusiasm about the Alabama location and the advantages it can provide to existing customers.

The Alabama team reports they are excited after meeting with Roller Die CEO Ray Hammons and the team that went to Alabama to complete the acquisition. Roller Die is a large and established player in the custom metal roll forming space, so the acquisition offers both improved benefits and opportunities to the Alabama team.

“The acquisition of the Alabama facility further cements Roller Die’s position as a leader in the roll forming industry,” shared Hammons. “We plan to provide their customers with our world class sales, engineering, and customer service support and give them access to our standard tooling library. I am excited about Roller Die’s continued growth, increased footprint, and industry leadership.”
