Full Job Description

• Material Handler/Forklift Operator load and unload materials for production department.
• Manage materials and inventory to and from storage areas, production areas, machines and loading dock ensuring operator has little to no downtime. Materials to include packaging, coils of steel etc.
• Attention to Detail–must be able to organize and prioritize tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment. Work well under pressure.
• Safety–must operate forklift in a safe manner being mindful of surroundings and fellow employees.
• Team-Work–Our forklift drivers do not operate a forklift for the entire shift. Frequently, you will be helping your team in whatever manner is needed to ensure production continues. If you are looking for a forklift role where you drive a lift for your entire shift, this is not it.
