LOUISVILLE, KY, April 26, 2022 โ Louisville-based custom metal part manufacturer Roller Die + Forming recently added to their talent pool in the corporate headquarters with several new business development and support roles. With over 100% growth over the last ten years and the increasing demand for American suppliers, Roller Die management knows that bringing in the right talent is important to continued success.
Austin Horvat, one of three new Business Development Managers, graduated in 2019 from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He started working as a project engineer designing municipal water towers before bringing his experience and energy to Roller Die. Austinโs education and experience is a great addition to our team. The Roller Die business development team is proud of being able to understand our customerโs needs and help them see how roll forming and our other in-line processes can add value. Austin is also a lover of our national parks, having worked a summer in Yosemite. He is working towards visiting all sixty-three parks.
Kyle Henson, our second new Business Development Manager, comes from across the state line in Southern Indiana and is a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. In college, he was the VP of the Purdue Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) and was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. Kyle begin his career as a project engineer designing conveyor systems and supporting structure, but quickly switched into an outward facing sales role. His extraverted personality and engineering background helped him relate to customers and understand how to solve their problems. Kyle is also a car lover and has completed building two project cars, so will enjoy opportunities to help the automotive industry incorporate roll forming to create steel and aluminum parts.
Heather Moll also joins the team as a Business Development Manager with over eleven years of business to business sales experience. From northern Kentucky, she has a background in industrial textiles and received a degree in Business Management form Northern Kentucky University. Now based in Jacksonville, FL to support Roller Dieโs Green Cove Springs location, she enjoys taking her rescue dogs, Sam and Charlie, to the beach regularly.
