We Are Interested In New Acquisitions For Growth

Roller Die + Forming has grown substantially in the past 60 years from a small shop into a multi-national corporation. We currently operate four busy plants across the U.S. and Mexico as well as related business operations near our plants. Our outstanding engineering team helps customers meet their roll forming, punching, and welding needs in the solar, transportation, appliance, material handling, automotive industries, and many other industries.

As we grow our customer base, Roller Die, in partnership withย HRH Capital, is looking to acquire additional businesses and facilities to bring into the Roller Die family. Our acquisitions team is interested not only in roll forming business, but alsoย tooling, tubing, stamping, and other metal working businessesย that meet the following criteria:

  • Cash Flow Positive
  • EBIDTA between $1 and $6 million
  • Location(s) in the U.S. Southeast, South, and Midwest

 

Purchasing similar and synergistic businesses was a major part of the strategy that helped the Roller Die team double our footprint in the last five years. This has allowed us to serve bigger customers and have a wider variety of in-line services to offer our clients. We are always looking for strategic investments that will allow us to better serve our customers, increase our capacity, and continue to grow.

Redall Industries

Roller Die + Forming recently completed an asset purchase from Redall Industries, located in Yale, Michigan. This existing roll form facility has a number of advanced manufacturing technologies and will be an excellent addition to the company, allowing Roller Die to continue improving our offerings for new and existing customers. The Michigan location is the seventh location for Roller Die + Forming and brings with it several new roll lines, the ability to serve new geographic areas, and some exciting new robotics and quality control technologies along with welded tubing capabilities.

December 2022

Roller Die and Forming of Alabama

At the close of 2022, Roller Die + Forming completed an acquisition of Roller Die and Forming of Alabama, located in Eufaula, Alabama. As an existing roll form facility with a solid team, Roller Die management believes they will be an excellent addition to the company. Not only does the Alabama plant become the sixth location for Roller Die + Forming, they add several new roll lines to existing operations.

Pyramid Mouldings

On March 14, 2014, Roller Die + Forming acquired Pyramid Mouldings of Green Cove Springs, Florida. The acquisition brought together two powerful leaders in roll forming.
