Roller Die + Forming Acquisitions

We Are Interested In New Acquisitions For Growth

Roller Die + Forming has grown substantially in the past 60 years from a small shop into a multi-national corporation. We currently operate four busy plants across the U.S. and Mexico as well as related business operations near our plants. Our outstanding engineering team helps customers meet their roll forming, punching, and welding needs in the solar, transportation, appliance, material handling, automotive industries, and many other industries.

As we grow our customer base, Roller Die, in partnership with HRH Capital, is looking to acquire additional businesses and facilities to bring into the Roller Die family. Our acquisitions team is interested not only in roll forming business, but also tooling, tubing, stamping, and other metal working businesses that meet the following criteria:

  • Cash Flow Positive
  • EBIDTA between $1 and $6 million
  • Location(s) in the U.S. Southeast, South, and Midwest

Purchasing similar and synergistic businesses was a major part of the strategy that helped the Roller Die team double our footprint in the last five years. This has allowed us to serve bigger customers and have a wider variety of in-line services to offer our clients. We are always looking for strategic investments that will allow us to better serve our customers, increase our capacity, and continue to grow.
