As part of our ISO compliance, we periodically survey customers to see whether we are meeting their needs and expectations on product quality and delivery. You can take the survey if you’re an existing Roller Die + Forming customer.
The answers to this survey go directly to our head of quality control, who reads every response, including any comments, and if the response is less than excellent, takes immediate steps to remedy the situation. If there is a known problem and a plan in place to correct that, then he checks in to make sure issues are being addressed according to the plan. Otherwise, he can step in and work with the plant manager, sales, customer service, and quality control to put in place a plan to fix issues.
